Despite being a large Canadian company, CDN’s old website didn’t appear on Google and had outdated and inaccurate content. It struggled to showcase who they were, what they did, and most importantly, didn’t generate any online brand awareness or leads. An extensive redesign was, therefore, required.
The new website is slick, modern, clearly showcasing CDN’s repositioned brand. All their service pages, such as their automation, instrumentation and electrical, were optimized with updated and concise content highlighting their experience and approach to projects. The site also emphasizes their workplace safety, unique culture and their work with Indigenous communities. Sharp, focused and detailed, CDN’s new website represents their commitment to excellence.
Our approach to CDN’s rebranding strategy was to maintain the same characteristics of the company but to refresh it to be more modern and sleek. Everything from the logo and styling to the fonts and content tone was repositioned into this modern appeal. The new branding wasn’t just applied to the new website either.
Extensive print materials were created to push CDN’s market expansion, with each material complementing the new direction of the brand. This approach proved significant in the long-term, as it strengthened CDN’s brand across multi-media platforms and instantly upgraded their status to be Western Canada’s leading instrumentation and electrical company.
