As our SEO Manager, you proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement to grow traffic and increase keyword rankings. You have experience in SEO strategy and execution. The goal is to elevate our client’s web presence to maximize organic ROI.

Our ideal candidate will augment the current team and together execute a best in class SEO strategy.

Working closely with project and account managers, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the SEO strategy for clients at GrowME.

• Manage a portfolio of clients and end-to-end delivery of SEO campaigns

• Attend kick-off meetings with the project/account managers

• Create a SEO plan with clear, measurable goals

• Oversee the performance, growth, and alignment of the SEO team

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page analysis, and link analysis

• Stay on top of troubled clients and ensure that the team is completing the right tasks to turn around the issue

• Provide solutions to client and team issues when needed

• Lead, guide, develop team members, foster growth and align goals of the team to the company goals

• Effective communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders and and the team

• Proactively identify issues and opportunities for improvement either on team processes or client campaigns

• Stay on top of industry trends, tools, SOPs, algorithm changes, and identify new growth opportunities

• 5+ years experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting

• 2+ years experience in Team management, specifically SEO team

• 3+ years experience in Project Management

• 5+ years experience in link acquisition strategy, on-page, technical and off-page SEO

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Excellent people, communication and writing skills

• Knowledge in web development / wordpress

• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

• Self motivator and starter

• Post-secondary education and SEO certifications
